We began the project in 2010 to document and quantify the realities that San Francisco’s low income immigrant community members face daily.  Due to the trust that SFILEN partner organizations have built with immigrant community members over the years, we were able to engage over 800+ immigrants in this project, many of whom are undocumented.  With the support of partners such as the Mayor’s Office of Housing Community Development Division, the University of San Francisco, and The San Francisco Foundation, SFILEN is proud to present the San Francisco Immigrant Integration Project final report which includes our findings and recommendations.

We believe that this report will be particularly useful to you as you set the priorities for your work, and our hope is that in our respective roles in San Francisco, that we can continue to move forward with immigrant integration in meaningful ways that promote access to necessary services so that everyone in this City can live full and dignified lives.
