Updates on Immigration Courts and Agencies During COVID-19
Due to local and statewide shelter in place mandates, immigration courts and agencies have scaled back their daily operations. These changes may impact your immigration case. Review our updates below to learn more.
- As of March 18, 2020, all ICE check-ins at 630 Sansome St. and ISAP check ins at the offices at 325 Pacific are being rescheduled.
- All non-detained hearings scheduled through May 1st are postponed.
- All USCIS field offices, asylum offices, and Application Support Centers (ASCs) will not provide in-person services until at least April 7. This includes interviews, naturalization ceremonies and biometric collection appointments.
