Immigrant Family Day is a global observance that highlights the importance of families and the role they play in building strong, healthy, and thriving communities. In our context, it is a community-driven event created by and for immigrant families to uplift their voices and assert their needs directly to elected officials. This celebration is also a platform to encourage local governments to prioritize, respond to, and advance policies that support and protect immigrant families.

Through cultural activities, community engagement, shared food, storytelling, and diverse performances, Immigrant Family Day honors the resilience of immigrant families and strengthens collective advocacy for a more just and inclusive city.
